Elanora Heights Public School Parents and Citizens' Association (P&C)
The P&C at Elanora Heights Public School plays a vital role in supporting the school and its community. From fundraising for essential resources to running the Canteen and Uniform Shop, the P&C is at the heart of building a strong and connected school environment. Joining the P&C is a fantastic way to get involved, meet other families, and make a real difference in your child’s education.
How Has the P&C Improved EHPS?
Thanks to the hard work of our volunteers and generous contributions from our community, the P&C has funded numerous projects and resources, including:

In 2025 we will be fundraising to support the school with an IT refresh and a new shade awning for the playground.

P&C Membership
Parents, carers and community members are invited to join the P&C. Membership is only $2 per year, and becoming a member allows you to vote at meetings and the AGM.
P&C Meetings
Our meetings are a chance for parents and carers to connect, support school initiatives, and contribute ideas.
When: Week 5 of every term, Tuesday evenings at 7 pm (unless otherwise notified).
Where: School staff room
You’re welcome to email agenda items to elanorahtspandc@gmail.com at least one week before a meeting. Attendance is encouraged but not required for your ideas to be discussed.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held in Week 5 of Term 4, immediately before the final P&C meeting.
Everyone is welcome, however you will need to have a current membership to vote.

To volunteer, please complete the Appendix 5 Voluntary Declaration Form at the school office. Bring photo ID (passport, driver’s licence). This only needs to be done once when you enrol each child.

Working Bees
Our Working Bees are a great way to help keep our school looking beautiful! Usually held once a term, tasks include gardening, painting, cleaning, and more. Everyone is welcome, including children. Keep an eye on the school newsletter for dates and details.
