As the resource centre of the school, the library is very important to the teaching and learning program. The classroom teacher and teacher-librarian work together to provide the library program.The teaching of Information Skills is a major focus.
Our library is a well stocked, comprehensive, up-to-date resource centre, staffed by the teacher-librarian five days per week and a school assistant one day per week and is open at lunchtime. As well as a collection of books, posters, DVDs and computer software, the library houses 20 networked computers and a Smartboard that provide access to many software applications, on-line catalogues, external databases and the internet.
